CURRENT SEASONAL: HONDURAS

Grown high in the mountains of Honduras, this naturally processed coffee comes from APROCOMSA, the Fairtrade-certified arm of COMSA. Carefully selected cherries are slowly dried on raised beds in solar tunnels, developing a sweet, fruit-forward cup with notes of tangerine, pear, blueberry, red wine and vanilla.
