Shipping policy

We offer a flat rate for Domestic and International shipping. If you incur any issues, please contact deluxecoffeelondon@gmail.com and we will try and resolve your issue.

Domestic shipping takes approximately 2-5 days however we cannot guarantee this. Shipping may take longer if located in secluded or separate land masses to the mainland of the United Kingdom.

Shipping is £3.50 for all orders below 2Kg. Additional costs may incur if the weight exceeds this. For any queries in regards to shipping. Please contact us on deluxecoffeelondon@gmail.com. 

As we only sell perishable goods, we don't not except returns and therefore will not pay for additional shipping to the shipping paid for at checkout.

If you wish to cancel your order, please cancel by calling us 07951559133. We will process are fund if the order hasn't been dispatched. If it has, we cannot issue a refund as we can't accept returns for perishable goods.
