Grown by Coope Tarrazú at 1,450–1,600m, La Estica is a naturally processed Catuai and Caturra with a rich, fruit-forward character. Ripe cherries are sun-dried with the fruit intact for 15–22 days, producing notes of blackberry, orange, rum, toffee and warm spice.
